From 1:17 to 2:17 PM Pacific Time, the Inkling platform experienced high error rates and a 10 minute partial outage for Inkling Library due to a degraded internal load balancer. The engineering team identified and repaired the load balancer which resolved the issue. The engineering team has planned system improvements and monitoring to mitigate this issue in the future.
The underlying incident has been resolved.
A fix has been implemented by the Inkling engineering team and we are monitoring results
Inkling engineering has identified an issue within the Inkling platform and is taking steps to remediate.
We are currently investigating this issue.

From 9:02 to 9:05 AM PDT some read services were temporarily unavailable due excessive memory usage. The services recovered automatically. After investigation Inkling engineers have planned an improvement to services running on the affected machines to prevent this issue in the future.
This incident is now resolved
Inkling engineering responded to the alert and the web reader is now operational. We are monitoring the reader status.
Inkling has received reports of Inkling Web reader performance degradation and our team is currently investigating.
